KITCHENS

Complete kitchens installed with FREE kitchen design if needed, we also install the kitchen supplied by you.

We can carry out alterations to your kitchen, which include replacing worktops, cupboards, changing cabinet doors.

Fitting new sinks, dishwashers and washing machines.

Tile walls and fitting splash backs.

BEDROOM & BATHROOMS
Wardrobes bedroom/bathroom furniture built and/or installed.

Replace interior or exterior doors.

Fitting new locks, bolts, security fixings, handles and hinges.

EXTERIOR WALLS/ROOFING

Replace slates/tiles/ridge tiles, fit roof lights.

Clean/clear/repair or fully replace all guttering.

Replace/clad fascias, bargeboards and soffits in wood or uPVC, install soffit vents.

Paint exterior walls, paint/stain windows, doors, woodwork, fences, gates and garage doors.

Build/repair lean-to, balcony, porch.

INTERIOR WORK

Carpentry work, build studwork walls, partitions, install large range of coving, replace/install skirtings/architraves.

Put up or install shelving, fit dado/picture rails, boarding walls and/or ceilings.

Repair wood floors, install hardwood/laminate/tile floors

Paint walls, ceilings and coving, doors, windows, skirtings and architraves etc.

Boxing in pipework/cables etc.

OTHER WORK

Fitting of fire doors, intumescent strips, door closers, push-button codelocks, panic bolts/latch/pads, flush bolts, push plates, handles etc (as needed).

SOME OF OUR PAST WORK

LISKEARD	Alterations in garage to allow room for clients car again, removing and installing shelves, workbench, installing hooks etc.
LOOE	Enlarged ensuite bathroom, installed wall and floor tiling and shower screen.
LISKEARD	Installed pond in back patio area.
ST CLEER	Took down old ceiling and installed new wooden one in utility room and decorated room.
LOOE	Repairs to roof and guttering damaged by vehicles.
DRAYNES	Replaced broken slates to front roofs.
LISKEARD	chopped back cracks in rendering around house and made good to match.
PLYMOUTH	Hung firedoors and complete with intumescent strips and closers, one being a 60 minute firedoor.
ALTERNUN	Installed bespoke kitchen in building for 'The Ridings Cattery', Trewint. Also installed drainage to inspection chamber too.
LISKEARD	Replaced small part of worktop to take a smaller hob.
LISKEARD	Removed built-in wardrobe, plasterboarded ceiling, plastered and fitted coving, decorated whole road.
ST CLEER	Installed soffit vents all around house, capped off chimney.
PLYMOUTH	Hung 6 firedoors complete with intumescent strips and closers, also fitted door to shower room.
LISKEARD	Put together large IKEA wardrobe and installed, changed around some doors, alterations in lounge.
LAUNCESTON	Fitted new skirting, filling and repairs to wall and woodwork where possible due to dog damage.
PLYMOUTH	Made wooden gate to size and shape and installed with new posts. It replaced existing metal one.
LISKEARD	Install kitchen supplied by client, including routing worktop joints, fitting and plumbing in sink and hob.
MINIONS	Repairs to back porch, replacing rotten timber, windows and door.
LISKEARD	Chopped hole in upstairs concrete block and beam floor, put back timber joists and floor to form hole and installed spiral staircase to floor below.
SALTASH	Built cupboard under stairs.
DRAYNES	Repairs to soffit at back of house the client had started on.
LISKEARD	Installed patio around conservatory.
LISKEARD	Installed new loft door and painted to match walls, floored out loft area. painted garage door, repaired guttering.
ALTERNUN	Changed door fronts of kitchen units, fitted new utility room, alterations to bathroom, made and fitted 2 new gates to garden, made and fitted new back garden gate.
LISKEARD	Changed wastes in basins and bath, changed all noisy toilet inlet valves.
SALTASH	Eased doors around house, fitted timber above windows and fitted up curtain rails.
LISKEARD	Installed new laminate flooring supplied by client.
IVYBRIDGE	Converted half of garage to form a new office.
PENSILVA	Painted outside of house all round, made repairs to balconies front and back.
LISKEARD	Made repairs to windows, replaced rotten sills, barge boards and did repairs to door prior to decoration.
LISKEARD	Removed old and fitted new uPVC fascia and guttering, fitted new uPVC soffits and bargeboards and made good.
