Although our website makes us look big, we are only a very small company, most of the work is done by myself, all work has your interests at heart and before any work is carried out, we will discuss what you want doing, we will work with you and sort out ideas to help us deliver what you want and the way you want it at all times, either if painted, installed, fitted or built, we are also happy to install or fit items you supply too, from kitchens to laying patios etc..

Of course being a small company means lower charges for the work we do, we are also not VAT registered so don't pass on any VAT charges, We do not have any call out charges either, so in many ways all jobs cost less.

I accept all forms of payment, although we take cheques and cash payments, I can also take card payments via a handheld secure chip & pin machine...

...so any job or emergency work can be paid via debit or credit card, I can even take payments online, setting up an account you can securely login, view your invoices and pay them, all payments online go through paypal.

Although we are often busy, most smaller jobs can be fitted in sooner than you think, especially emergencies, Our office is always ready to take your call between 9am and 5pm during the working week, so please call me, email me or use our contact form and let us quote on your job today.

PNP Builders FAQ

Q: I have bought the materials for the job I want doing, are you happy to fit or install them?
A: Yes, This is sometimes better for us as you have chosen exactly what you have wanted to be installed, then its just our labour to pay for.

Q: I may change my mind as work progresses, are you happy to work like that if I give you the job?
A: Not a problem as long as building regulations are not affected, I will always work to your ideas and designs if need be.

Q: What size jobs are you happy to do?
A: We are happy to do small jobs (changing a tap washer, replace a roof slate) as well as large ones (Converting a garage or loft, or even an extension).

Q: What work can you not do?
A: The only work I can't do myself and have to pass on to others are: Electrics, Heating, Flat Roofing, Plastering and Stonework.

Q: Are all your estimates free?
A: Yes all our estimates and quotes are free.

Q: I would like to add an extension to my property, do you do the plans?
A: I have an architect that will guide you through it all, from drawing up the plans to getting them hopefully passed.

Q: Help! I have a leaking pipe and water everywhere, can you help?
A: Already on my way, whatever the emergency, leaking pipe, broken window, we can sort it for you.

Q: Are you still happy to take cheques?
A: Cheques are still accepted by us, from Oct 2009 we ask that your bank card number, with your name and address is written on the back.

Q: Do I need to give you the card details to pay you in person?
A: No, I have a secure portable hand-held credit card machine, you insert your card and pin number the same way as the ones in shops and supermarkets.

Q: I have got your invoice, I want to pay by card, but not over the phone?
A: I can visit you and take payment via my chip & pin machine.

Q: Can I pay by card over the phone and are my details safe?
A: Yes you can, after payment all details of the transaction are not kept and are shredded.

Q: Can I pay your invoice online?
A: Yes, I need your email address to open your account, then using your account id and password in the email, you can access your details online and view and pay invoices.
